Education Pet ("we", "us") sells digital products — templates, forms and PDF guides — through this website at educationpet.shop. We are based in South Africa and operate under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable data protection laws.

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number and the products you buy — so we can deliver your files and support you.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only the payment status, amount and reference.
• Usage data: pages you visit and where you came from (for example campaign links, via tools like Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel) so we can measure how the store performs.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the products you purchase and send you receipts and access links.
• To provide support, answer questions and handle refunds.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To understand traffic and advertising performance.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

We only share the minimum needed to run the store: our payment provider (Paystack), our email and hosting infrastructure, our web analytics and advertising tools (such as Meta and Google), and any integration you or a seller has connected for order delivery. These parties process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
