Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products

All Education Pet products are digital goods (templates, forms and PDF guides) delivered instantly by email after payment. Because access is granted immediately, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

When we offer a refund

We will gladly refund or replace your purchase if:

• The download link does not arrive or the files will not open.
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
• The product you received is materially different from its description.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Cancellations

Orders are fulfilled instantly, so they cannot be cancelled once payment is approved. If you believe you paid in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case.

How to request a refund

Email us at educationpet44@gmail.com or call +27 81 399 3184 with your order email and the product name. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paystack within 5–10 business days.
