Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These terms apply to every purchase made on educationpet.shop, operated by Education Pet, South Africa. By completing an order you accept them.

2. Products

All products are digital goods — templates, forms and PDF guides — described on their product pages. Nothing is shipped physically; everything is delivered by email or download link.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack by card, Instant EFT, Scan to Pay or Apple Pay. We never see your card details.
• The total is recalculated on our servers before every charge, so altered or tampered prices cannot be honoured.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. If your download or access link does not arrive, contact us and we will resend it — see section 7 for refunds.

5. Licence and acceptable use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for yourself or your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the files, in whole or in part. Products provided by third-party sellers remain their intellectual property, and their own terms apply to their content.

6. Accounts

Some purchases give you access to a member area. Keep your credentials safe; activity under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, but exceptions apply — for the full rules and how to request one, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Your information

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability and availability

The store and its products are provided "as is". We do our best to keep everything accurate and available, but we are not liable for indirect losses, downtime or errors in third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in the South African courts, though we will always try to resolve issues with you directly first.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
